This Network PCI Card forms the basis of every wired network. At home and in the office you can create a network of several PC's by connecting them together directly using a so-called "crossed" network cable or by connecting them all to a HUB or switch.
This makes it possible to exchange data and for all the PC's in the network to make use of hard disks, printers, etc. Moreover, this card enables a direct connection between your PC and a LAN ADSL/cable modem or router.
