14-day cooling-off period

When you buy a product from our webshop, you have 14 days to test the product and see if it meets your expectations.

How does it work?

While we are confident in the quality and design of our products, we acknowledge that there might be instances where a product fails to meet your expectations. In such cases, we offer you the flexibility to cancel your order and return the product within 14 days of receiving it, completely free of charge. Once the return process is completed, we will refund the amount you paid for the product (excluding shipping costs) within two weeks, back to the original payment method you used for the order.

To initiate a product return, simply utilise the return form provided along with your order. Your feedback on why the product didn't meet your expectations is highly valuable to us as it aids us in enhancing our product offerings.

In case you did not receive a return form, kindly reach out to us via e-mail at helpme@sitecom.com, mentioning your name and order number, and we will help you out.

To qualify for a refund, please ensure that the product is returned in its original and undamaged condition, including all accessories and cables. Use secure packaging to protect the items during transit and prevent any damages. Until we receive the returned product, you are responsible for its condition and safety. Regrettably, if we do not receive the product or it arrives damaged or incomplete, we won't be able to process a refund.
