Legal warranty ensures that our products are designed to meet the reasonable expectations of our customers.
We take great care in creating high-quality products using the best materials, and they come with a 2-year warranty starting from the date of delivery.
If you experience any issues with your product, please first refer to the manual or support page for assistance. For further help, you can always reach out to us at email@example.com. However, please refrain from attempting to open the Sitecom product yourself, as doing so will void the warranty. The warranty only applies if the product has been used and handled correctly.
It's important to note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incidental loss, or abnormal use. Furthermore, Sitecom is not liable for damages beyond the replacement of the defective product or for data loss, regardless of the cause.
Even though we offer our own guarantee, this does not diminish the legal guarantee that remains in effect.
I bought my product somewhere else
If you made your purchase from a different retailer or webshop, kindly contact them to claim the 2-year warranty, ensuring you have your proof of purchase ready. If you need assistance, you can always get in touch with our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Making a warranty claim
If you encounter any issues with your Sitecom product and wish to return it, please follow the instructions on the return form that came with your order. We are genuinely interested in knowing the reason for the return, as it helps us in enhancing our product quality.
In case you did not receive a return form, kindly reach out to us via e-mail at email@example.com, mentioning your name and order number, and we will help you out.
For purchases made directly from our webshop (www.sitecom.com), if a defect occurs within the warranty period, Sitecom will provide a refund of the amount paid, including shipping costs, to the original payment method used for the order. You can then use this refund to order a new product of your choice from our webshop.
To qualify for a refund, please ensure that the product is returned in its original and undamaged condition, including all accessories and cables. Use secure packaging to protect the items during transit and prevent any damages. Until we receive the returned product, you are responsible for its condition and safety. Regrettably, if we do not receive the product or it arrives damaged or incomplete, we won't be able to process a refund.
