My product is defective and the store exchange period has elapsed. Can I exchange my product directly via Sitecom? If you have a problem with a Sitecom product during the standard 2 year warranty period, we advise you to go to the shop where you bought the product.
If the standard 2 year warranty period has elapsed, you can exchange your product via the Sitecom “10 Year Warranty” claim page. One conditions is that you registered the product for the “10 Year Warranty” within 3 weeks of purchase.
How can I return my Sitecom product? If your Sitecom product is defective we advise you to complete the warranty claim form. You will receive a response to your claim within 2 working days.

Which accessories do I have to return? Return the Sitecom product and the power adapter. If the product was supplied with a USB adapter, this should also be sent.
Parts such as packaging, manuals and installation CDs do not have to be returned.
Will I be reimbursed for the cost of shipping the defect product? Sitecom will not reimburse the cost of shipping for returning a defective product. However, we do send the replacement product free of charge if you are resident in Europe. If you live outside of Europe, you will be charged for the shipping costs. The way in which the warranty claim will be handled will be discussed in consultation with a Sitecom employee.
When can I expect the replacement product? Processing of a warranty claim takes 2 working days at most. After receipt of the defective product, we will send you a replacement product within 3 working days. You will receive a notification when the replacement product is dispatched.
Is it possible to get a refund for a product that falls within the “10 Year Warranty”? No, we do not refund the purchase price.
Does the warranty period begin anew if my product is replaced? No, the original product's warranty period continues after replacement. For this reason, you should retain the proof of purchase. Without the proof of purchase we may refuse to consider any potential future claim.
Will I be reimbursed for the costs of contacting customer service? Sitecom does not reimburse support costs.
Will I be charged for the cost of shipping the replacement product? If you live within Europe, the replacement product will be shipped free of charge. Sitecom will bear the costs for this. If you live outside of Europe, you will be charged for the cost of shipping the replacement product. The way in which the warranty claim will be handled will be discussed in consultation with a Sitecom employee.
